THERMAL OXIDIZER

 

RTO is particularly suitable for handling off-gas with low concentrations of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) but high flow rates, thanks to its high thermal recovery efficiency.
RUIDING's RTO can deal with both off-gas and waste liquid together, achieving a thermal recovery efficiency of up to 98%. Our unique design controls the adiabatic temperature rise to just 10–20°C, greatly reducing the need for extra fuels such as natural gas, thereby significantly decreasing operational costs.

 

 

 

 

CATALYTIC OXIDIZER

Catalytic Oxidation applies catalysts (precious metals or common metal oxides) to lower the auto-ignition point of combustible components. This allows the oxidation reaction to occur at lower temperatures.
RUIDING utilizes imported high-performance catalysts to reduce the consumption of catalyst, which enable reactional lower temperature and faster reaction rate.

 

 

 

 

REGENERATIVE CATALYTIC OXIDIZER

RCO combines functions of regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO) and catalytic oxidizer (CO). RCO hugely reduces heat loss and energy consumption, while significantly reducing the temperature of the outlet flue gas.

 

 

 

 

THERMAL OXIDIZER

The Direct-Fired Thermal Oxidizer (DTO) is particularly effective for treating waste gases and liquids with high calorific value, especially when these pollution sources may contain halogens (Fluorine, Chlorine, Bromine, Iodine).
