Carbon Fibre Exhaust Gas Incineration Project
As the contractor for the carbon fibre exhaust gas incineration project of a new materials company in Changzhou,
Jiangsu Ruiding has adopted a combined incineration process using both regenerative and direct-fired systems
to handle different types of exhaust. This project supports three workshops and six carbon fibre production lines,
with a total of twelve incinerators. The exhaust gases in this project are particularly challenging, characterised by
high treatment difficulty, strict emission limits, complex by-products and a high dust content.
Guangdong Maleic Anhydride Waste Gas Project
For a project in Guangdong Province, Jiangsu Ruiding has implemented a combined RTO + TO process to treat
150,000 tonnes per year of maleic anhydride waste gas along with a small amount of liquid waste.
The system is designed to handle 430,000 Nm³/h of normal waste gas, 500 kg/h of waste liquid,
2,000 kg/h of wastewater and a small quantity of biogas simultaneously. In addition, 274,600 kg/h of
9.45 MPaG saturated steam from the main unit is superheated to 535 °C, producing a by‑product of
10 tonnes per hour of superheated steam for the main unit’s turbine, while surplus heat is used to
heat demineralised water. This solution not only addresses environmental pollution but also generates
an estimated annual economic benefit of around 135 million RMB for the company.
