This series includes vertical and horizontal oil/gas-fired steam boilers, designed for efficient steam generation in industrial, commercial, and heating scenarios.
Vertical models (50kg/h to 1000kg/h): Compact structure, high thermal efficiency (up to 95%), with a unique W-shaped finned furnace body for strong corrosion resistance and energy saving.
Horizontal models (500kg/h to 6000kg/h): Larger steam output, equipped with advanced burners that realize full combustion via mechanical atomization and air disturbance.
Both types support multiple fuels (diesel, natural gas, LPG) and feature reliable safety protection (e.g., steam pressure switches) for stable, safe operation.
Safety protection components (e.g., steam pressure switches) monitor parameters in real time to shut down the system if anomalies occur, ensuring safe operation.

- Fuel Combustion: The burner atomizes oil/gas, mixes it with air, and burns it to generate high-temperature flue gas.
- Heat Transfer: For vertical boilers, flue gas flows through the W-shaped finned furnace (maximizing heat exchange area) to transfer heat to the water in the boiler body.
- Steam Generation: Water absorbs heat and evaporates into saturated steam, which is output through the steam outlet.
- Flue Gas Discharge: After heat exchange, flue gas flows through the flue and is discharged (ensuring high thermal efficiency of 88%-95%).
