It offers three main configurations to match different scenarios:
 
  • Small-power models (80KW-400KW): Compact, intelligent electric control (auto water supply, pressure protection) with easy operation; supports unlimited combination of multiple units for flexible capacity expansion.
  • Mid-power models (500KW-1300KW): Equipped with self-diagnostic burners and M1 system management (remote control, real-time monitoring), plus dual safety protection (over-temperature, low water level) for stable operation.
  • High-power models (1400KW-3500KW): Features high-efficiency low-NOx combustion (meeting strict emission standards) and 30-year brand after-sales service (one-year warranty, on-site training, 3-package guarantee: repair, replacement, refund).

The boiler heats water to the required temperature through the following process:
 
  1. Fuel Combustion: The burner atomizes oil/gas, mixes it with air, and fully burns to generate high-temperature heat.
  2. Heat Exchange: Heat is transferred to the water in the boiler body (via the furnace and heat exchanger) to raise the water temperature to 90°C (return water temperature: 70°C).
  3. Circulation & Control: The intelligent electric control box manages auto water supply, pressure adjustment, and safety protection (e.g., anti-dry burning, over-pressure shutdown). For mid/high-power models, the M1 system remotely monitors parameters (running time, smoke temperature) to ensure efficient, safe operation.
  4. Efficiency Assurance: The W-shaped finned furnace (for small/mid models) and optimized heat exchanger structure maximize heat transfer, achieving thermal efficiency up to 92.3%.
