Jiangsu RUIDING’s self-manufactured incinerator was fully assembled and ready for shipment.
Loaded on a heavy-duty truck, the core equipment headed for the BASF project site.
Before delivery, our quality inspection team completed weld flaw detection, pressure testing, and dimensional rechecking.

Multiple heavy-duty cranes worked in coordination as the incinerator was steadily lifted and precisely lowered into position on the embedded foundation.Every lift and landing is a repeated confirmation of precision.

Ash Silo Positioning — lifting, rotation, and landing.Lifting points, center-of-gravity offset, and wind impact were all calculated in advance. No “roughly right” — only precision.
Dry Reactor Hoisting Begins With two cranes operating in coordination, the core equipment was steadily lifted into position. Millimeter-level precision is the standard of RUIDING Intelligent Manufacturing.
Evaporator Positioning in Progres. As the core heat exchange equipment of the waste heat recovery system, the evaporator is currently being hoisted into position. Due to its large dimensions and complex lifting requirements, the installation demands a highly skilled construction team and strict lifting control.
More Components Are Continuously Shipped Across Long Distances.
The incinerator, water-cooled wall, outlet flue duct and other core equipment are being delivered according to the project schedule. Departing fully prepared from RUIDING’s production base, heavy-duty trucks carry key equipment to the BASF project site.
The water-cooled wall modules and outlet flue duct have been modularly pre-assembled before delivery, reducing on-site welding and improving installation accuracy and efficiency.
Once delivered, the modules are ready for installation. Every shipment is RUIDING’s commitment fulfilled.
