A waste liquid thermal oxidizer is a device designed for the thorough oxidation and decomposition of waste liquids at high temperatures. It primarily targets organic substances and harmful compounds such as chlorine, benzene, and phenols found in waste liquids.

 By combusting the organic content in the waste liquid into CO2 and H2O, coupled with the mineralization treatment of inorganic components, it achieves a reduction in waste volume and effective control of hazardous substances. This process aids in preventing the dispersion of harmful substances, concurrently achieving environmentally friendly treatment. maximizing the combustion and decomposition of organic substances in the wastewater. This enables the membrane wall thermal oxidizer to rapidly lower the temperature of melting liquid salt, facilitating the formation of salt crystals adhering to the inner wall of the furnace. This effectively prevents corrosion of the thermal oxidizer's inner walls by liquid salt solutions at high temperatures, thereby significantly enhancing the equipment's lifespan.
