The customer annually needs to process approximately 320,000 tons of acrylic acid and esters. RuiDing's equipment demonstrates outstanding capabilities in handling 16,000 m3/h tank area exhaust gas,3500 kg/h recombined component waste liquid, and 10,000 kg/h saline wastewater (with a salt content of 19%).
Solution
RuiDing has designed a furnace-boiler integrated incinerator system specifically for the treatment of high-salt organic wastewater. This comprehensive and reliable solution is tailored to customer requirements and the characteristics of generated waste. The equipment employs RuiDing's unique furnace-boiler integrated incineration technology, consolidating the heat recovery system with the furnace section required for incineration, significantly reducing the traditional incinerator's heat loss associated with separate adiabatic furnace and waste heat boiler. This results in more efficient utilization of waste heat, offering notable advantages such as low operating costs and high thermal energy utilization efficiency.
The generated waste heat, produced at a rate of 28,000 kg per hour, produces saturated steam that can be utilized to facilitate the reaction between salt and carbon dioxide in the waste liquid, forming solid salt for easy recovery while simultaneously reducing carbon emissions. This design effectively extends the lifespan of the refractory materials inside the furnace and addresses the challenge of salt removal from the system. Additionally, RuiDing employs a combination-type multi-nozzle burner, allowing the system to synergistically process high-concentration organic wastewater, waste solvents, organic waste gas, and a small amount of solid waste.
RuiDing's saline waste incinerator integrated technology, validated through multiple practical applications, is mature and reliable. It has been successfully applied in numerous companies, including Zhonghua Weifang, Shanghai Huayi, Heart to Heart fertilizers, and Shandong Nor, achieving significant practical results in various domestic applications.
