Project Update | Multiple RTOs, Catalytic Incinerators, and Waste Liquid Furnaces Installed and Delivered by Jiangsu Ruiding

Multiple RTOs and Furnaces Installed and Delivered by Ruiding

On May 30, the 300,000-ton/year propylene oxide production line, invested and constructed in a chemical industrial park in Zibo, Shandong, successfully started up on the first attempt. As the supplier of supporting environmental protection systems for the "three wastes" incineration, our company’s high-salt wastewater incineration unit was also successfully commissioned on the first attempt.

This project is a “waste-to-treat-waste” incineration system designed to handle mixed industrial waste, primarily high-salinity wastewater generated from the 300,000 t/a propylene oxide and acrylate production units. The wastewater from the PO unit is particularly complex, with salt concentrations as high as 60–70%.
Our high-salinity incineration unit represents a breakthrough for our company. The combustion chamber adopts advanced combustion technologies and a slag-resistant design concept, simplifying equipment structure and significantly enhancing the refractory's resistance to salt corrosion—ensuring long-term stable operation.
High-salt wastewater, waste gas, and heavy components are fully combusted in the furnace. The recovered heat is used to generate 4.2 MPaG, 435 ± 20 °C superheated steam. Salts are discharged continuously and steadily, and flue gas, after heat recovery and bag filtration, is released via chimney in full compliance with emission standards.
