Solution | Rotary kiln |
Pollution Source | Hazard waste |
Capacity | 35000t/a |
The rotary kiln system can process
hazardous solid, liquid, and gaseous waste at a rate of 35,000 tons per year.
It is mainly used to treat organic waste liquids, organic waste solids, and
organic waste gases generated during the production process of the new energy
company.
The incineration system employs a rotary
kiln combined with a secondary combustion chamber. Hazardous waste undergoes
high-temperature oxidation and complete decomposition in the incinerator. The
resulting flue gas enters the flue gas treatment system, including SNCR
denitrification, flue gas rapid cooling, dry desulfurization, bag filter, SCR
denitrification, and alkali scrubbing, for purification before being
discharged, meeting the requirements of the National Environmental Protection
Department's "Pollution Control Standard for Hazardous Waste
Incineration" (GB18484-2020).
The heat generated during oxidization and
flue gas cooling is captured and stored by the waste heat recovery system.
Ultimately, the system aims to achieve the
goals of reducing, harmless treatment, and resource utilization of internal
waste within the enterprise. The incineration unit can operate continuously for
24 hours a day, with an annual operating time calculated at 7200 hours.
